The Complete Superbike Winter Storage Guide

Winter storage done properly means you ride away in spring with a bike that starts first time and feels exactly as you left it.

Fuel: either fill the tank completely and add stabiliser, or drain it entirely.

Oil: change it before storage, not after.

Battery: disconnect it or connect a smart charger in storage mode.

Tyres: get the bike off the ground if possible.

Covering: use a breathable cover, not a tarpaulin.
